The Plate Carrier is a system of individual armor protection, which simultaneously provides high fighter mobility and the ability to place a large number of different equipment (thanks to the MOLLE system).
The material of manufacture is Oxford 600 D. This is a durable material that holds its shape well and does not deform when wet.
The design of the plate carrier consists of two modules: chest and back. Inside each module there is a pocket for a rigid armor plate and shock-absorbing elements. Access to the pocket is located at the bottom of the module. For cushioning and air circulation in the chest and on the back, on the inside of the plate carrier there are inserts made of damper 3D mesh. There is an evacuation handle on the back. For optimal adjustment to the fighter’s figure, the plate carrier is adjustable in girth and height. To adjust the height of the plate carrier, you need to open the valve on the shoulder and adjust its length to the required size. The volume is adjusted using rubber lacing on the back.
The shoulders have loops designed to secure hydraulic hoses or radio wires.
